All in state and out of state "mail in" repair requests MUST have a completed and signed repair order form
enclosed within the shipped item needing repair. Many times, I receive a package with no customer contact information (customers
name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail, repairs needed, etc.) included with the package. Much time in the past
has been spent tracking down the customer by sifting through many old e-mails or voice messages trying to locate the
owner.
E-mails or voice messages, even though we try to keep all of these correspondences in order, e-mails,
voice messages and hand written scratch notes do get accidentally deleted or thrown out. Several occasions have found several
identical clocks, make and model arriving at the same time, with no pertinent information enclosed, I have no idea who's clock
is who's, or that to whom the clock belongs to.
